Their speech gives them away.

(I swear some of them know this about themselves and don’t talk or much at all).

They are a riddle of contradictions and speak in opposites.

I knew of a girl who grew up this way without a basic education.

Being the good girl that she was she believed these opposites, projections, etc and failed miserably in life.

Got an education to discover that her parent was a pathological liar.

Some People Lately Including Customer Service

How I Feel After Dealing With Customer Service

Having been the type to almost consistently blame themselves, I finally realized that the problem was no longer me.

It’s the people that you deal with.

It seems that their has been a shift in power.

The customer no longer has it.

Some of the employees behind the desk or on the phone are abusive.

Some have problems with taking ownership for their mistakes and blame the customer.

And when you correct them explaining that the fault is theirs they then accuse you of accusing.

I even had to tell customer service good-bye because they wouldn’t allow me to speak with a manager.

I hung up and the representative called me back.

Apparently he wasn’t done arguing.

One girl seemed to be a little too happy while she would ask me questions.

Every time I tried to answer she would speak over me before I got my first word out.

I surprised myself when I finally yelled, “Shut-up!” which isn’t like me at all.

I don’t get provoked too easily.

It seemed she was doing it on purpose because it kept happening repeatedly.

I asked myself, my self-doubting and self blaming self,

“Am I imagining this?”

I googled on it and sure enough found an article on Forbes which describes exactly what I’m speaking of.

Funny how a person just can’t escape Narcissist Abuse.

So I am cutting back on purchases and becoming more independent on my internet devices.

People are argumentative and quite defensive.

Once upon a time I enjoyed human interaction.

These days I prefer to read and write.

On Conquering Fear

“Love Is Letting Go Of Fear,” Gerald G Jampolsky MD

Living in fear is tough.

A person is under stress in fight or flight mode.

It’s a major stress on the body and it eventually harms a persons health.

I knew of a gal who had been abused and threatened for a pretty long period of time.

Eventually she became desperate.

She would try to flee but found herself in a no win situation.

Once she began to feel a little sorry for her abuser and even had some compassion for the person because obviously the person had been victimized themselves when they were very young or was born with a problem in their brain that they didn’t ask to have, the gal felt some relief, as if though a warm heart, compassion, and pity cancelled out the fear that she had been living with.

It’s a mindset in other words.
