On Conquering Fear

“Love Is Letting Go Of Fear,” Gerald G Jampolsky MD

Living in fear is tough.

A person is under stress in fight or flight mode.

It’s a major stress on the body and it eventually harms a persons health.

I knew of a gal who had been abused and threatened for a pretty long period of time.

Eventually she became desperate.

She would try to flee but found herself in a no win situation.

Once she began to feel a little sorry for her abuser and even had some compassion for the person because obviously the person had been victimized themselves when they were very young or was born with a problem in their brain that they didn’t ask to have, the gal felt some relief, as if though a warm heart, compassion, and pity cancelled out the fear that she had been living with.

It’s a mindset in other words.

I knew a woman who was more successful as a Narcissist.

After being victimized a few times, without being believed or supported by others, she understandably became a little emotional.

That was the beginning of her borderline diagnosis.

It doesn’t take much.

To make matters worse, a pretty innocent person then gets a bad rap on top of that.
